Bradley has been a huge part of my fitness journey, he’s consistent, motivating and he keeps me accountable and on track with my fitness and diet goals. I can’t wait to see what we achieve in the next 12 months!

Brad is a great trainer who’s really helped me get fit and kept me motivated throughout. I was at 15% body fat when I started in February last year and then dropped to 8% in just five months. Following that, Brad designed a new plan for me focused on building muscle, which massively increased my strength levels

person in every aspect.

My Story

Born and raised in Leicester, UK, I have always been guided by my five main values: health, family, honesty, growth, and experience. I excelled in swimming, representing England and competing at a national level for years. At the age of 18, I left home to pursue my passion for coaching and moved to Australia six years ago. With over a decade of experience in nutrition and exercise coaching, I am a fully certified personal trainer, strength and nutrition coach, and I also hold a psychology certification. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 100 individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. I love what I do and I am excited  to continue making a positive impact in peoples lives.
