Born in Leicester UK, I represented England in swimming at a national level before moving to Australia ten years ago. My coaching goes beyond the gym. I look at the foundations that actually drive results: sleep, stress management, daily movement, hydration, food habits, and circadian rhythm. Get these right and everything else follows.

How I Coach

I've been coaching for over 13 years. I've seen what actually works over time and it's not the most complicated program or the highest volume. It's consistent, structured training built around your life, not against it.

My focus is on strength, movement quality, and longevity. The goal is to build something that keeps working in 10 years, not just for the next 12 weeks. I don't run clients into the ground. I help them train with intent and recover properly.

Everything is done by me. No assistants, no templates, no generic plans.
