Born in Leicester UK, I represented England in swimming at a national level before moving to Australia ten years ago. My coaching goes beyond the gym. I look at the foundations that actually drive results: sleep, stress management, daily movement, hydration, food habits, and circadian rhythm. Get these right and everything else follows.
