How I coach
I've been coaching in person for over 13 years. I've seen what actually works over time and it's not the most complicated program or the highest volume. It's consistent, structured training built around your life, not against it.
My focus is on strength, movement quality, and longevity. The goal is to build something that keeps working in 10 years, not just for the next 12 weeks. I don't run clients into the ground. I help them train with intent and recover properly.
