I work with a small number of clients remotely who want structure, accountability, and long term progress without needing to train in person multiple times per week.

• Train at home, in a gym, or a mix of both

This is especially suited to busy adults who want clarity and direction, not motivation or quick fixes.



This coaching is not for:
• Complete beginners
• People chasing shortcuts or aesthetics only goals
• Anyone looking for cheap, high-volume online programs

• Those who need daily motivation or constant check ins

 

I work best with people who are willing to show up and value good coaching.

• Weekly video check-ins and adjustments based on training, stress, work, and life

Programming is adjusted regularly to keep you progressing without burnout.

• Investment: $125 per week
• Minimum commitment: 12 weeks
