Feeling motivated is a feeling. Feelings come and go. I don't know anyone who is motivated 24/7. However, we can take simple steps to help us feel motivated when we feel demotivated. Demotivation can prevent us from achieving our goals. If you have a plan and a purpose to get out of bed in the morning, then you will. Only if the purpose and the feeling is greater to change than to stay they same. This is why we need to set meaningful and exciting goals.
Set yourself a new goal or challenge. Something that excites you, something that's big, something that you know you have to work towards to achieve it.
Without a plan it's just a thought. Write out a plan on how you are going to achieve your goal. Here are some questions to help you plan. What resources do you have and need? Do you need a coach? What are the barriers that could potentially come up? How will you deal with those barriers? How many days do you need to train?
This separates those that get things done and those that don't. Most have all the ideas but no action, so they stay the same. Implement your plan. Set daily simple tasks and have an insightful measure; like a picture of the mountain you want to climb. Put that picture somewhere you can see daily.
